A preview of EPEMED European Market Access Study

Join this webinar to get a flavor of EPEMED European Market Access Study, a preview presented by Prof. Dr. Stefan N. Willich from the Charité Institute for Social Medicine, Epidemiology and Health Economics. He will introduce the objective and framework of the study and why this work is unique and pertinent for European stakeholders.

EPEMED joined forces with Prof. Willich & team in 2012 to launch a European Market Access Study: a long term and seminal work to decipher the overall market access questions in Europe for Personalised Medicine and Companion Diagnostics to devise recommendations on how to shape an environment that facilitates broad and equitable patient access to co-developed Rx/Dx Technologies. Best practices and barriers to access will be analysed in the 5 most populated EU countries. An in depth analysis of best practices, barriers and evaluations will be carved out by exploiting the heterogeneity in patient access approaches of the selected countries. The first report release will be unveiled in presence of major EU representatives at the next EPEMED annual international conference will take place on 28-29 October in Luxembourg.
