The current annual fee structure for EPEMED membership is as follows:

| Midsize commercial organisation (between 50 and 200 FTE) | € 4,000 |
| Strategic partner (law, consulting firm, venture capital firm) | € 4,000 |
| Large commercial organisation (greater than 200 FTE) | € 8,000 |
